What we collect

We collect the minimum needed to run an appointment: your name, mobile number, and (optionally) email address, plus the appointment details you book. Your mobile number is verified with a one-time code before any stored details are shown to you.

How we use it

To verify your identity, to send appointment confirmations, reminders, and change notices by text and email on behalf of the business you booked with, and to let that business run its calendar and checkout. These messages are transactional; marketing messages would require separate consent, which we do not currently ask for.

Text messages

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

You opt in on a MyNextSesh booking page by entering your mobile number and checking a box that is not pre-checked, before we send you anything. You then receive a one-time verification code, a booking confirmation, a reminder, and a notice if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled. Message frequency varies with your bookings — typically 2 to 4 messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out and HELP for help. We use a messaging provider to deliver these texts on our behalf. That provider processes your number only to deliver the messages described above, and is not permitted to use it for any other purpose.

Who can see your information

The business you booked with can see your contact details and your appointment history with them. Each business's customer records are isolated from every other business on the platform. Our service providers (hosting, database, text and email delivery, and payment processing) process data only to provide the service. No card numbers touch our servers — payments are handled by Stripe.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Ask the business you booked with, or email support@mynextsesh.com, to correct or delete your details.
