We collect the minimum needed to run an appointment: your name, mobile number, and (optionally) email. Your mobile number is verified with a one-time code before any stored details are shown. Appointment texts and emails are transactional; marketing messages require separate consent. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Each shop's customer records are isolated from every other shop on the platform. No card numbers touch our servers — payments are handled by Stripe.
